After several years of mastering her field and building a loyal customer base, Sarah opened Sorella Salon in 2019, specializing in Natural Beaded Rows™ Hair Extensions and a variety of color services. Working alongside her sister, Sarah’s salon name is a nod to their family heritage, as “sorella” translates to “sister” in Italian.

Since the hair industry is highly visual, I worked with Sarah to establish branding for her new business venture, along with a landing page to drive new client traffic, and branded, client-facing documents such as contracts and extension care forms to ensure consistency across her messaging.

BRANDING

Sarah’s vision for her salon branding was minimal, clean and simple – and her logo reflects just that, thus enabling her work to claim the spotlight. We chose muted colors with an earthy feel to match some of her existing portfolio content, while simultaneously acting as a visual extension of the physical salon interior.

While a full-scale website wasn’t necessary for Sarah’s needs, it was essential that her business still have a digital presence. Thanks to this simple landing page, Sorella Salon shows up in local internet search results and provides clear calls to action. Visitors can view work on Sorella Salon’s Instagram, visit the salon in person, or book a consultation using a custom form created specifically for her target clientele.

This custom client form enables Sarah to funnel all inquiries through a structured process, and saves her time by gathering preliminary information prior to meeting with prospective new clients.  

Because of the work that Georgia did, it will now be much easier for me to control the traffic that comes through my new form and accommodate new clients with ease.
